Anusara Yoga

Dennis has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. He has a deep understanding of the body-mind connection and is dedicated to helping his students find a deeper sense of peace and self-awareness through his Anusara classes.

Vanessa Hay

Vinyasa Yoga

Vanessa's classes are energetic and challenging, yet accessible to all levels. She incorporates creative sequencing and a focus on breath to help you build strength and flexibility in both body and mind.

Alex Wan

Hatha Yoga

Alex brings a calm and grounding presence to his Hatha classes. With an emphasis on alignment and breath, he guides his students through a practice that leaves them feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Yin Yoga

Jivamukti Yoga
